White Powders is the name that is sometimes used to describe what people think is cocaine but is in fact what used to be called 'legal highs', these did not go away people purchase on-line in the Dark Net or through Social Media, technology now plays a role in the supply of drugs which people can get delivered. This is illegal and you should be aware of this. One main danger is people buying Benzos on-line, these are a class of drugs that are causing people major issues and related to the high death rate in Scotland.
